Well, It has 8 numbers on it.
9853 5454
Under it it says 1K/64K EEPROM(on the board)
So it is obviously eeprom, But after a few hours of searching google, nothing turns up.
Any ideas?

Those numbers could be date codes or manufacturer codes. They could also be
an OEM part number.
If you look at the physical size you may be able to use the Digikey search to find
devices in the same package. By measuring the voltages at a couple of points you
may be able to determine a likely equivalent.
