Is this a molex 2.0? Im trying to find it in the Eagle cad libraries.
It looks like a JST-PH Female 2 pin.
The connector is usually named along with the battery spec sheet. Where did you find the battery?

You would never find this in Eagle as it's not a PCB-mounted part. There's undoubtedly mating connectors that do go on a PCB, so perhaps you're looking for one of those.
It would be very unlikely to find that part in Eagle. Now you've started a little bit with Eagle, it's probably time to start your own library to keep parts like this in. All you need is two pads the right distance apart. Maybe add a silkscreen to show the dimension of the connector on the board.
