What is this?

Hello All

I am just learning the basics after purchasing a 'bulk lot' of electronics and Arduino products.

I am just going through the items and familiarizing myself with what I have....

I can't identify the attached boards..... I am sure this is a silly question, but can someone tell what these are?

Also.....There are no marking on the other side of the board.

That look like a solderless breadboard power supply.
