I'm studying arduino nano 33 ble rev sense 2. But I don't know where VDD_ENV from. It is just connacted bmi270, bmm150, and BLE 49 pin. Please explain about VDD_ENV.
Where do you see VDD_ENV?
It is from GPIO49.
They used GPIO49 as a power source for most of the onboard sensors.

I am working on a project using Arduino NANO 33 BLE sense rev2. I made a PCB substrate and separated BMI270, NINA B306, MICROPHONE, LED from Arduino and attached it to my PCB substrate. Also, I connected Arduino and PCB substrate to upload and run the code, but BMI270 and Microphone did not work. If possible, could you please look at the scheme of the PCB I made and advise me?

If you look at the bottom of the schematic you will see the phrase:
"Reference Designs ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
There is no guarantee that the Arduino schematic is correct and there is no point in comparing a schematic that may have errors to your schematic that may also have errors.
In any case your schematic is a little blurry and I don't see any connections for VDD or VBUS
