i am doing a university project and i was going to use sensors, servo motor, and programmable chip
all i wanted to know is what kind of equipment i will use to program the 3 of them and what kind of chip that use c language so i can buy?

You might start with an UNO it uses the C language for programming

Strictly no chip uses the C language. The C language is converted into the language used by a chip by a program called a compiler.
