What kind of power do i need to keep this arduino running?

I have an Arduino uno, with a

MG996R Metal Gears Digital RC Servo and Voice Recognition Module V3 Kit

The issue is that keeping power on for the arduino with a portable charger (12000mAh Double USB Portable) at 5v only keeps my arduino running for 10 seconds than cuts off, i have tryied other weaker power supplies to no avail, is there anyone that help me figure this out? thanks

Not without a diagram of how you have things connected!

Many high capacity batteries today can't provide much current. Your 12000mAh battery may top out at 100mA.

Some searches yielded the following.

The voice recognition board pulls less than 40ma. That servo pulls 2.5A at 6V when it's stalled.
