What motor shield for arduino micro?

Using Arduino Motors, Mechanics, Power and CNC

Hello,
I would like to control up to 6 motors (or LEDs to test beforehand) with arduino micro. What shield do you suggest?

I am actaully looking for solenoids. They should go in and out. But I need to control six of them...

Depending on the voltage used for the solenoids then either a MOSFET or RELAY module would suffice.
A seperate PSU would normally be advisable with ample current for the solenoids.
