What ports is this

We are trying to connect an Arduino to the "Multifunction Port" of one of our Patient monitors ;
the user manual of the monitor says nothing about this port other than it's name "multifunction port" . is anyone able to recognize it ? what port is this ? (photo below : port circled in Red ) ?
we need the port reference or name for us to buy its corresponding cable .

Contact the manufacturer before seriously thinking about connecting an Arduino to a port of unknown voltage and function.

Surely the device medical certification would be violated, and the Arduino would likely be fried.

Looks like a smaller IEEE 488.
Difficult to tell from the photo.

But please, just don't.

Looks like a smaller version of the old centronics connector used for parallel ports on older PCs.

As to what the port is used for, how it is wired, and where to get a cable, consult the manufacturer. That is not going to be any type of standardized port.

Thank you for your attention :

We are currently contacting the manufacturer ; as far as they have told us till now , it's an Analog input/Output port and it allows transmission of Waveform data . they however haven't responded about the port reference or how it works exactly ; we are currently waiting for a response ; in the mean time we have been looking online for something that looks like it for us to identify it and buy the corresponding cable . We are going to use this port to import Analog ECG Wavefrom data from the machine . Mr Awol , it's nice seeing you here again ; thank you very much ! the IEEE488 actually looks very much like it , the cables seem to be very expensive however ! 76 dollars for a single cable and connector , why is that may i ask ?
it's hard to resist the cheap 6 dollar replicas on aliexpress , what would be the difference ?
we only need this cable for Analog wave transmission , maximum frequency of 500Hz .

Thank you Mr David ; and yes , the Centronics connects seems to also resemble the port
we have , thank you !

Thank you very much

A strict warning here:

Don't hold your breath!

i just received a response from the Manufacturer :

so basically the port is referenced (Male) : 3M/10120
and the corresponding holder is referenced : 3M/10320
the Output is an 0v to 12v ECG waveform on pin 16 and ground is pin 12
the total number of pins is 20

thank you very much for your assistance guys
