what power bank specification should i use to powering arduino and raspberry pi

i have a power bank for powering arduino and rpi,

the power bank is made from HK , i have it because my brother give it.

for the power bank i cant find the ampere
this is the screenshot

the problem is when i am powering rpi which connected to arduino with powerbank for the first time it works well and it always powered off suddenly

i have tried to powering rpi with powerbank without arduino and it works well and also
i have tried to powering arduino with powerbank without rpi and it works well and
but for both it always turned off suddenly, so i am guessing the problem is on power source

so may i know the recommended power bank specification for powering arduino and rpi together?

The Pi needs about 1A: Raspberry Pi Documentation

What do you connect to the Arduino? LEDs? Motors? What?

I think you need at least a 1.5A power supply.

i connect arduino with GPS ls20031

and for rpi
smartfren modem Connex Evdo USB modem

how can i calculate the voltage / ampere ? is there any formula for it?

There is formula for small things like resistors but not for things with hundreds of components together.

The only way is to measure each component with a multimeter then add it up.

You either look it up in the data sheet or measure it yourself.

no datasheet provided, for this USB modem.

Then you have to measure it.
