What should I use as an external 5v power supply for solenoids?

Hi,

So. I have two 5v Solenoids to run, those standard ones from Sparkfun (datasheet: https://cdn.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Robotics/ZHO-0420S-05A4.5%20SPECIFICATION.pdf).

What would be a good external power source for them? 4 double-A batteries and a holder? 4 C-cell batteries? A wall plug of some kind (5V 2A (2000mA) switching power supply - UL Listed : ID 276 : $7.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits)?

Any suggestions / experiences ?

Need it portable? Battery pack. Need long life? 4 x C cell or 4 x D cell.
Can it be plugged in? A good 4A wallwart
