If I'm going to just use the Atmega328 DIP IC in a project, and won't need to program on board, what should I do with the reset pin (Pin 1)? Pull it up to 5 volts with a 10k resistor?

I know this is true. The internal pull up is too weak and I have had a device reset randomly without a pull up.
