What type of RF tag is this? And can it be programmed?

Hello,

What type of door tag is this? I believe that it is not an RFID tag. I used an MFRC-522 RFID card module to read it but it doesn't work.

Since the MFRC-522 RFID card module does not read it, what are my options? Is it possible to read this using Arduino or do i need to purchase some specific hardware?

If it is an RFID tag, you will need a suitable reader. Why do you care?

Door tags are not ment to be copied, you need to contact the supplier/landlord to get spares.

Check the datasheet of the tag in question, it will inform you what card reader is needed to read it.
