I've been looking for a good while now for small reflective type displays to use for certain projects. Think of the display on the Gameboy Color and Advance, or the old color Sony Clie PDAs (which incorporated a backlight). The benefit with these types of reflective display is that they thrive in daylight, making using them even in direct sunlight a joy.
The closest I've seen are the MIP displays that were used in Pebble (RIP) Time watches and nowaday Garmin watches, but these are hard to get hold of and circular in shape.
Has anybody come across the sort of display I'm talking about? Ideally looking for 2 - 3 inch in size.
