But the shops are in India and I am in France.

The problem with this sensor is that it does not measure blood pressure.
And my goal is to build an electronic blood pressure monitor.

I think you want to use a traditional pump-and-cuff(-and-gauge) to sense and store the sensor data. I do not know of anything like that. I did a little reading and the linked sphygmomanometer was the only thing that I saw that was good (other than the pulse oximeter, which is used as BP is measured). For the sphyg. to accurately record data, you might try putting it in-line with the working gauge. Be sure the gauge still reads accurately. Write code that lets you calibrate the sphyg. so it reads exactly as the gauge.
