What's the difference between Atmega328 and 644 in interrupts?

  1. Using an ATMEGA328p with UNO bootloader will be different from ATMEGA328p with Due bootloader?
    and my second question is:

  2. I use Gizduino 644 (http://www.e-gizmo.com/KIT/gizduino+%20164,324,644.html) with its own Gizduino644 bootloader, I have a project with an interrupt, will it be different from ATMEGA328p UNO Bootloader?
