When powering up - The ON and L LEDs are red.....not green - problem?

I have a brand new UNO R3 CH340 board

In most beginners guides it says the "Green" light should come on when powering it up.

I don't get any green LED's.....just one Solid RED LED ("ON"_ and one flashing led ("L")

Is this normal?

Uno R3 CH340 board is a "clone", the power LED color may very well be different than an official Uno board with a Atmega16U2 for the USB interface.
