I have a brand new UNO R3 CH340 board In most beginners guides it says the "Green" light should come on when powering it up. I don't get any green LED's.....just one Solid RED LED ("ON"_ and one flashing led ("L") Is this normal? Thanks

When powering up - The ON and L LEDs are red.....not green - problem?
