Where are bootloaders in W10?

Usually bootloaders could be found in some subfolder of IDE, but I couldn't any. And even the folder structure is unfamiliar. Has Microsoft done some tricks and hidden the bootloaders.
I tried to search with Windows explorer, but could not wait it to finish.

I got some totally empty boards, and needed to burn boot loader into them. I found a working one from the net, but bootloaders have come/come? with IDE. The IDE is recent by the way.

You can find them somewhere in the Arduino15 directory. That directory is under AppData in your home directory; and that directory might be hidden. You can unhide it using "show hidden files and directories" (or something in that line) under options in windows explorer.

I can't be more accurate as I currently don't have access to a Windows system.

Note:
To burn a bootloader you don't need to know that path if you use the IDE

Yes, I tried that in Windows 10 and 7 I think. For some reason, I cannot burn the bootloader with AVR ISP mkII and IDE.
