Hello,
I am quite new to this. My goal is to build a social, autonomous robot. I can and will most probably buy an Arduino board in the near future but as of now I would like to build one myself.
I have read all about the boards and the environment needed to write the coding. I have chosen to go with the Arduino Uno board since to my knowledge it is the board that would go best with what I am attempting to do. (If another board is best for what I am building please let me know XD)
I have been browsing the net for hours trying to find a simplified list of components used to make an Arduino Uno and a step-by-step instructional manual on how I may go about building it.
I do know this: I want to use breadboard because soldering is definitely not something I want to try at the moment. But I would be willing to try it if using breadboard wouldn't be convenient.
If anyone could share any links to sites explaining this or could explain from personal experience I would highly appreciate it. I am very excited to pursue this task.
Thanks!
