I can't seem to find the LM35 or LM35A which according to NS is the only model chip that supports the full 150. Even though many web-sites that sell the most popular LM35DZ, they claim they are also rated at 150, where NS says they are only rated for 110 deg. c. Any one know where I can find the LM35 / LM35A that supports full 150? I live in the states, but I'm willing to purchase out of country if need be. Thanks!
Sometimes when a part is hard to find it means you're looking for the wrong part. The LM35 is an oldie but a goodie, but it's an oldie. Maybe consider something newer:
- National LM94021
- ST LM135Z
- Analog Devices AD22100

ha! THANKS quick find at digikey!
Farnell (UK) have them: http://uk.farnell.com/national-semiconductor/lm35ah/ic-temperature-sensor/dp/1652472
Well... not exactly. I was curios to see what Farnell had, and they have 0 in stock, and don't expect in any for at least 60 days. No problem though, I found a good replacement with the LM135 it seems. Thanks again.
