Where can I find tutorials on how to use these type of displays?

I bought these 2 different type of displays for ungodly cheap, now I'm trying to find a tutorial on how to install and use them, the problem is they have pins/connectors that I have never seen before. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

The other I have no idea

But I don't see any of these with an included controller. Might be a difficult interface to Arduino without one.
