Where I can find the HEX File in MAC?

Hello!
Ich just want to use Adruino to create the HEX File in order to Flash the Atmega8 myself with AvrDude, because my Prgrammer (USBASP) doenst work with the Adruino software.
Unfortunately I have no idea where to find the hex file?

If you press the shift button and the compile / upload button simultaneously you see debug info incl temp dirs.
