Where to buy 2.0mm to 2.54mm adapters

Hello,

I am having a hard time finding exactly what I'm looking for. This seems like it would be a fairly common problem others would run into. Looking for a cable with a 12 pin female socket 2.0 mm with 12 2.54 mm pins on the other end. On the 2.54mm side, I dont care if they are male of female.
