Anyone have a good link for some 22/3 wire that I can buy a bunch of to wire up 4 temperature sensors? Probably need about 50 feet.
I would prefer all 3 wires to be insulated seperatly as they all have to go into a stainless steal prob for use in liquids. Total diameter of the wire can not exceed 5.2 mm so that it can fit in the probe.

If you can do with 24AWG then why not just use regular CAT3 station (phone) wire? It has 4 conductors, but you can just ignore the 4th one. It's available in 250' spools from GE at any Home Depot for $19.98. The part Home Depot SKU is 291524 and the GE model # is 76365. Their website is messed up and shows the product twice with wrong pictures - 6 conductor instead of 4 etc.. but it does exist in the store.

I use it all the time and as a matter of fact I used it for exactly what you are looking to do, but with a different temp sensor. Check out the tutorial I wrote on how to make one. I think it would be of great benefit to you, describes the build plus the epoxy to use etc...
