Where to buy enclosures for LCD1602/2004 with Uno/Nano?

I'm looking for enclosures to install a LCD1602/2004 with an Uno or Nano in one box.
On the internet I've seen files to make them with a 3d-printer. But I don't want to buy a 3D-printer.
Does anybody know a store where I can buy them?

I have used some old Radio Shack aluminum boxes with plastic end plates. I used and EXACTO knife to cut out the area for the display. Yes, takes quite a while, but is does make a nice enclosure with display centered on the front panel.

I have one, but I never saw another one anywhere at all, after that. I think they are out of production.

There are companies that will 3d print from your files.
