I'm looking for a few 2.5mm plugs to connect to camera's remote jack; but all I'm finding are audio cables that have crappy wire inside, sometimes with nylon or something.
Are there any that have simple clean 3 wire side-by-side like a servo cable?
I'd trust the audio cables over normal wire, I think. More flexible, and the nylon core help makes it stronger. It's likely to hold up much better under frequent flexing. (annoying to try to solder to a PCB, though...)
