I'm usually not real picky where I get parts... BGMICRO, ALLELECTRONICS and others are great to deal with... but if I had to pick who I keep going back to the most... I'd say my orders for stuff are done mostly through Mouser... easy process, fast delivery and they nearly always have exactly what I'm looking for.
