I've ordered from Mouser, Jameco, BGmicro and some surplus places. Never had any problems. At one time Digikey charged a couple of dollars for handling on orders less than $25. I can get overloaded looking for parts on Mouser and Digikey due to the extremely large parts selection (but between the two, the part will probably be available).
