Where to learn Avr Studio 4 online..??

I would like to learn avrstudio..
But where can I get the references..??
Like arduino has its own reference page and libraries.. Similarly where can I get the references for avr studio..??

Isn't there learning stuff built in to the program, or available from the atmel website?

I am going on searching on several websites and learning from examples and small tutorials...
But I cannot find any proper page for references like arduino has here Arduino - Home

If you know that its there in the Atmel's website can you please post me the link as I am unable to find it... :frowning:

Here's Studio 5.1, which is what I have.

I have not used it much except to download optiloader 4.5 into some '1284 chips and check the fuses on them with an AVR ISP MKii.
