Oh ok, i'm getting only 2mb/s max (actually getting that) on my wireless atm. It's been fine for me ever since they fiddled with the servers. ![]()

Hmm. Maybe I should upgrade my link ![]()
I've found a provider with "up to" 32MBit/s downstream and "up to" 2MBit/s upstream. The problem is the "up to" again. 50MBit/s aren't widely available yet. Heck, I need a fiber link - right now !
What program do you use to check download speed? It sounds like that isn't being very accurate.
I use BWmonitor but there are many others.
I wouldn't have thought that you need a new line yet.

The "need" for a new line is purely based on "want" ![]()
Still I think the wires used here in my place aren't too good as far as attenuation is concerned. Otherwise I'd get more speed. Maybe I'm just too far away from the next DSLAM.
But this is drifting away from the purpose of this thread. Currently I'm not having the "Error 500" problem anymore.

Well who doesn't want faster interet!

Yeah maybe
Ok, yeah good that you're not getting errors anymore.
