Which Arduino product do I need to make a 10 w RGB LED chip fade or flash colors

I have a whole bunch of 10 W RGB SMD LED chips, I need to install one or two in a few different lamps, I need them to be able to change colors fading, or flashing through maybe 12 different colors. So lost, not sure what product I need...

You can take any arduino board, but you will need somthing to drive the LEDs. Arduino will only provide 5V/40mA. It is possible to connect the output of the arduino to some kind of relais to switch a higher rated powersupply
