Which Arduino to use

I'm new to Arduino's, but not new to microcontroller programming. I'm building a prop that will require 2 low powered DC motors, a small servo motor, 2 LED's and a sound board to imitate a dog barking. I will need to control this with some type of wireless remote, but not clear yet what that will be.

Seems a bit overwhelming with all the Arduino packages out there which one would fit my needs. Space isn't really an issue and while I don't mind soldering up my own boards, I'd like something that is more out of the box than needing to be built from scratch. Price is a factor but not the driving force.

If someone could give some direction on which boards would be good to look into, I'll go off an do some more research. I'm also interested in what shields/boards would work well for the dog barking, motor control and wireless communication if they aren't already built into the Arduino package.

thank you

Uno with 2 transistors for the motors, 433 MHz one-direction RF receiver, and simple MP3 card for sound generation.

Can play different bark sound every time.
How loud does dog bark need to be? Use some old self-amplified/powered PC speakers. I have a set of old Gateway2000 speakers connected to my laptop at work. I have a set of Dell speakers with subwoofer I use at home.

Mount the RF and transistors on a protoshield, such as mine:

Thank you for the suggestions. I will look into it.
