As my name suggest, I am an absolute beginner.
I have a AC Motor. And there is no capacitor build on.

Why do You want a capacitor on that 3 phase motor? What would it be supposed to do? Where would it be mounted?
it is listed on eBay. I asked the seller whether a capacitor is needed, or not. He than said, that this motor do need a capacitor because it is a 220V motor. Maybe he is a beginner too :DD ?

The OP does not realize the "3 tilde" means three phase.

I think the seller is a 9 volt PP3 guy...
What kind of 3 phase main do You have available?
If it is 380 volt, phase to phase, You use the Y- type of connecting to make the motor windings get 220 volt.
If it is, if it exist, 220 volt, phase to phase, You use the delta connecting.

Where does this motor come from? I Googled T56B2T but got nothing at all.
Thinking again this motor might need a 3 phase of 220 volt, phase to phase. In that case 380 volt mains can't be used at all.
Can You post a picture of the connection box on the motor?

No. I thought the motor was available at Your desk.
What I search is a picture into the connection points, the place where You connect the power cables. I'm not sure it will solve the matter.
