Only references I can find with the exact image are a few amazon ads from a couple of years ago, and an ebay seller.
Looks to be a special-purpose clock/temperature/humidity device, so possibly LEDs behind the various display elements. I would not think it would be a general-purpose round display, such as an OLED.
