Which one is the best?? and why?
(best mean more speed, more range, more functionalities, more storage , and i am NOT care about power use) 
and in my research, i found that,
both chips are the same except for the antenna design.
that the ESP12F has an improved/better-designed antenna so its somewhat better than the ESP12E.
