Which ports could I use as SPI on Arduino MegaADK if i can't use port B ?

on my project port B is using by USB Host: MAX3421E

Issue is on other serial port don't have pin connection for their XCK pins .
If I use them in SPI mode I don't have pin for SCK .

What should i do?
please help smart guys.

XCK0 and XCK1 doesn't connect any pin.

for XCK3 i don't know position of J port on board.

Could you please help me?
