Which Revision (is it fake?) is my Arduino Mega

So, I have this Arduino for ages and now I began wondering what have I purchased (haven't used it in some time). I've attached some pics (potato quality, my camera is horrifying when not at day light, should put clearer ones tomorrow).

  • The Atmega is:

AtMEGA2560 1GAU 1542

  • 504h element near the voltage regulator/USB shield is copper/golden color (not good with colors)
  • the chip near the crystal is ughh my eyes:

Atmel
Mega 16U2
1434 PH
4N2956 (I think is the last line)

  • On the back the legend is in the following order (on the left is Arduino logo, on right is this):

BOARD MODEL
MEGA 2560 R3

OPEN-SOURCE ELECTRONICS
PROTOTYPING PLATFORM

WWW.ARDUINO.CC (Italy map here reaching the line made in Italy)

MADE IN ITALY

ROHS COMPLIANT
ZERO CARBON FOOTPRINT
IMPATTO ZERO®

Board Make: Arduino
Board Model: Arduino/Genuino Mega 2560
Board MCU: ATmega 2560

Thank you in advance for the help ^^.

Bad pics ? yes more grains that a sandy beach LOL

Looks legit but hard to be sure.
Where did you get it (link please)
If you query the board in windows what is its PID & VID (usually a half decent method)

I think that is:
USB\VID_2341&PID_0042&REV_0001
USB\VID_2341&PID_0042

I don't remember where I get it cuz it was long ago, that is the problem. Plus I am from Bulgaria (EU) and I bought locally Arduino, not Genuino as far as I remember. That is what puzzles me, but it worked as expected. The font of the A letter in Arduino though differs I think.

p.s. yeah the photos rulez lol

The PID VID from a clone is usually

USB\VID_1A86&PID_7523&REV_0254
USB\VID_1A86&PID_7523

A real one normally be

USB\VID_2341&PID_0010&REV_0001
USB\VID_2341&PID_0010

So lets say yours are real..Took those from my original and clone with a CH340.

Yeah I guessed is not so real. But at least it behaves like one and don't complain with the IDE. Will have to buy a real one though after I finish prototyping with this one (3d printer) -.- .
