My power source is 24 V and max 2 A. Because of that I want to use a stepper motor (NEMA 17; 24 V; about 1 A) to get 0,1 Nm or more.
You certainly don't want a 24V stepper, whatever that is.
Steppers are rated by current, winding resistance and inductance, steps per rotation.
A stepper driver like the DRV8825 can go up to about 1.5A, and NEMA17 motors are around 5W or so, so
about 2 ohms, 1.5A is the motor rating you'd likely see.
Stepper drivers take less current from the supply than they give to the motor windings as they are
switchmode (effectively buck converters).
