Which Step-Down for 2s1p battery for Nano 33 BLE?

I want to power a Digital Servo with two 18650 lithium cells, connected to this BMS:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/2S-Balance-Lithium-LiPo-Li-ion-18650-7-4V-8-4V-Battery-BMS-Protection-PCB-Board/192221664983

The output voltage could be between 6V (empty) and 8.4V (full). Which Step-Down-converter would you recommend to power an Arduino Nano 33 BLE?

3.3V? Use a switching regulator

Some Pololu examples

=> DC DC Converter 1 Output 3.3V 1.5A 7V - 36V Input

I most probably don't need 1.5A, but min 7V is too high. If the cells are almost empty Vcc is 6V.

Some Pololu examples
Pololu - D24V3x Step-Down Voltage Regulators

=> D24V3F3 step-down takes an input voltage between 4.3 V and 42 V and efficiently reduces it to 3.3 V w. maximum output current of 300 mA.
That sounds better.

Thanks.
