Hi,
I am new to Arduino and STM32, but have many years experience with Microchip PIC,s, from pic12 to pic32.
As a private project i am designing a drone controller, hardware and software , and thought i would use s STM device.
I purchased a 'fake' device, STM32F103 and used ST link with the IDE. But with IDE2 this device does not allow the debug reature to be used.
So, my question, what development board should i use, so i can use debug and IDE2.
I require speed, I2C, input capture, PWM output and math capability.
Any advice gratfully received.

The same problem, use serial method for upload, I am doing that.
And select fake STM32F103 board.
Thanks tom321. I have the board working okay with STLink and serial. But i want to use a board with IDE 2 and use the debug feature. The board i have is not suitable, so being new to this, which board should i purchase.
Regards
There is an entire STM32duino.com forum based around ArduinoIDE and STM32 devices.

Numerous STM (and 3rd party) boards are supported:

The old stm32duino forum that evolved from the STM32F103 thread in this forum is archieved:
