Hi I have 2 tip120 transistors coming up in my search. A 65mW and a 65W CPC Electronic Components Distributor | CPC It is to be used with a 9v battery and a small lego type motor Which should I choose? Thanks

"65mW" is a typo. The parts are equivalent.
