Ok.... so you're saying that those NRF24L01+ modules worked fine with the nano until you did that thing....where you selected (in the arduino IDE software) the incorrect board details from the menu, right?
So if it was all working just fine before that event, then grab a spare nano, and some spare NRF24L01+ and even a spare computer ..... and test the whole lot. If you reckon something happened only after that 'wrong board selection' thing, then we need to see if we can at least get back to square 1 again.
And you're saying that your devices were working great at one stage ..... so chances of getting back to square 1 should be 100 percent.
Arduino nano 3.3V output can dish out (max) 50 mA or so, right?
