Asking what seem almost like random questions is not going to resolve a wireless communication problem. Wireless problems can be very hard to debug and IMHO the only successful approach is a systematic process to eliminate possible problems one by one.
So, load the first pair of programs from this Simple nRF24L01+ Tutorial and follow the wiring diagram exactly - except that you will need to use an external 3.3v supply because you are using the high power nRF24s. A pair of new AA alkaline batteries (3v) should be a suitable temporary power supply for the nRF24s.
And, because they are high-power nRF24s don't have them too close to each other. I'm guessing 3 or 5 metres between them would be wise - but I don't have any of the high-power versions myself.
Then, if it is not working properly, post an example of the output from both Arduinos.
