Anyway I was messing with my nrf24l01 radios which worked perfectly fine on my Chinese nanos until I selected thwrong board type while uploading.Now when the models are connected for some weird reason the computer doesn't detect the thing.
May need to clarify 'models'. Also... try rebooting the pc. And use spare nano and spare nrf to see if everything is ok.
