I use the pa+lna version with long antenna
The radios also work perfectly fine, even though I thought I fried one. I know this because I tested it with a working genuine uno.

No, i use pins 9, 10, 12, 13, gnd and 5v

May need to clarify 'models'. Also... try rebooting the pc. And use spare nano and spare nrf to see if everything is ok.
