White screen after login to arduino.cc

Hello,

I have a student who is unable to log into their cloud account. After they enter their name and password, the browser shows a blank, white screen. The web address displays

login.arduino.cc/mf?state= and then a long series of letters and numbers. (Please see the attached image)

We have tried clearing all cookies and have tried logging in from different browsers. It even happens when logging in from an incognito window.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what we can do to solve this problem?

Is this Firefox on Linux? Is the web site blocked or allowed (by the ISP)? ALT-TAB may show a popup window asking to proceed.

This is a Windows 11 PC. We've tried Chrome and Firefox. We're able to log into arduino.cc using other accounts in an incognito tab, so we know it isn't an ISP issue.

The problem seems to be connected to this particular account. Also, we aren't seeing any other prompts.

Are the accounts able to create a personalized "dashboard?" (was this problem-account dashboard made un-loadable due to widgets on the dashboard).

Try logging in to the problem-account with a non-windows machine. Linux, Apple, or even android phone.
