White screen on 3.2 inch TFT with arduino mega2560 and v2.2 shield

hello ,
I just recieved my 3.2 tft and loaded some sketchs.
it uploading the sketch but all I can see is white screen.

Help me please????????????????

yes, still not working.
my ebay seller suggest me to change code as explained here(http://osoyoo.info/2016/07/22/ili9341-3-2-screen/) still no respond- only white screen!

The current UTFT is v2.8.2.
It supports ILI9341 in 16-bit mode. model is called: ILI9341_16

You do not need to do the appalling hacks suggest by your "recommended link"

i.e. download and install a fresh copy of UTFT. Just use the correct model in the constructor.

You didn't say where you bought your shield
If it comes from Sa**rt, you surely have to correct the jumpers to select the good power voltage
