Muvunyi1, We didn't understand your "question" ... you need to describe more details...

You need to supply a lot more information.

  1. What sort of RFID card? There are lots of types, some can be programmed other can not and others are only partly programmable.
  2. What sort of information do you want to program onto it?
  3. Do you want this data to be secure?
  4. What equipment do you have?
  5. You are not trying to clone a card are you?
