Why am I getting this error when uploading the reciever sketch and why is it taking minutes to upload?

I am using the nRF24l01 module here is the code:

The arduino nano is lit up and the nRF adapter is lit in both and im using different COMS for each arduino, using processor ATmega328P for both but i keep getting this error in the reciever program:

Did you select the correct Arduino board and com port ?

Can the basic blink sketch upload ?
