Hello I'm trying to use the Arduino IoT cloud with Arduino Opla but I can't connect because my network isn't configured and I can't click on the configure button under network it just won't let me.
Do you know how to fix this.

also I haven't configured a device if that's a problem at all

That is the problem. You must select the Device for your Thing before you can configure the network.
The reason is because some boards have different types of network connectivity. So Arduino IoT Cloud only knows which type of network configuration you need once you have selected the Device.
